What is the investment in welcome home mini sessions?
Welcome Home Minis can be purchased as a single session or in discounted packages:
• Single Session — $299
Perfect for gifting a meaningful experience to a select client.
• 3-Pack — $825 ($275 per session)
Great for agents or lenders who want to gift a few sessions throughout the year.
• 5-Pack — $1,250 ($250 per session)

All sessions and packages are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
How does scheduling work once I gift a session?
Once you purchase your package a simple form where you’ll share your client’s details will be sent to you. This form will include their name and closing date.
We’ll prepare a closing-day gift to present your client in form of a photo frame that includes a QR code your client can scan to book their session. We make sure you receive it in time for closing, and after that, we take care of all communication and scheduling directly with your client.
Are there add-ons available for my clients?
Yes
Your clients will also have the option to add enhancements when they book, including:
• Extended session time
• Short video highlights
• Additional edited images
• Aerial drone photos of their home
